Order 06/09/2021 All the above bail applications shall stand decided by this common order as they arise out of the same FIR.
The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.93/2021 registered at Police Station Guda Endala, District Pali, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 313, 201 IPC and 19/21 POCSO Act, 2012 (qua the accused-petitioner Dr. Chirag Vasram Parmar) and Sections 313, 201, 120-B of IPC and Section 19/21 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(V) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (qua the accused- petitioner Shankar Lal) & Sections Sections 313, 201, 120-B of IPC and Section 19/21 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(V) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (qua the accused-petitioner Nataki Devi).
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that charge-sheet has been filed; trial will take long time; accused- petitioners - Dr. Chirag Vasram Parmar, Shankar Lal and Natkidevi are behind the bars since 07.06.2021, 13.06.2021 and 13.06.2021 respectively. With these submissions, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that benefit of bail may be granted to the petitioners.
Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail applications.

(3 of 3) [CRLMB-11790/2021] Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, particularly to the fact that charge-sheet has been filed and trial of the case will take sufficiently long time, therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the bail applications filed by the petitioners deserve to be accepted.
Consequently, the bail applications are allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners - (1) Dr. Chirag Vasram Parmar S/o Vasram Bhai, (2) Shankar Lal S/o Shri Achala Ram and (3) Natkidevi W/o Shri Dungaram, arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.93/2021 registered at Police Station Guda Endala, District Pali, shall be released on bail, if not wanted in any other case, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and two sureties (one surety shall be a local surety qua the petitioner Dr. Chirag Vasram Parmar S/o Vasram Bhai) of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for their appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
