1. The prayer made by the petitioners essentially relates to the grievance of adverse effect on the environment caused by the location of Integrated Meat Processing Units/Slaughter houses under the names of M/s ALSAA Food Industries LLP and M/s Royal Touch Implex LLP alleged to be illegally set up on Khata No.38/44 adjoining villages Khushpuri and Badarpur, District Nuh.
2. The averments made in the petition indicate that a similar matter is pending adjudication before the National Green Tribunal in OA No.879 of 2022.
3. In view of the fact that National Green Tribunal is adjudicating 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 14-02-2026 09:46:05 ::: CWP-38984-2025 -2- a similar issue, the petitioners are free to intervene in the said OA, in accordance with law.
4. Petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
