Section 9(6)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007

(a)the claimant fails to communicate his statement of claim in accordance with these rules and Section 23(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 the Council shall terminate the proceedings.
