Section 4(i) in Rules for Grant of Financial Aid to Probationers
(i)The Chief Probation Officer shall have the authority to sanction for the amount to the extent of Rs. 100/- only in cases, the amount of aid admissible under rule 3(ii) is considered to be insufficient by the District Probation Officer.
