Section 35(1) in The U.P. Agricultural Credit Rules, 1975
(1)The Tahsildar, the Prescribed Authority or the appellate authority, as the case may be, may issue summons for the attendance of a witness, provided the party concerned deposits in advance such amount towards expenses as officer or authority concerned considers necessary for securing such attendance.
