(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Since the petitioner was disqualified in a tender process for supplying LED streetlights, this petition was filed. It was also the contention of the petitioner that respondent No.2 was wrongly held to be qualified. Learned counsel Mr. Anuj Trivedi for the petitioner stated, under instructions, that the authorities are looking into the grievance of the petitioner, for which, an inquiry is being conducted. In that view of the matter, he does not press this petition. The petition is disposed of at this stage with a liberty to file fresh petition in future if need so arises. Notice is discharged.
