Section 15(1) in The Gujarat Tribal Development Corporation Act, 1972
(1)The Board may appoint such officers and other employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Corporation and determine by regulations their conditions of appointment and service and the remuneration payable to them.
