(b)Secretaries to the State Government (by whatever designation called) incharge of the subjects of Agriculture and Allied Sectors, Finance, Industry, Labour, Rural Development, the Scheduled Tribes, the Scheduled Castes and the Other Backward Classes Welfare, Technical Education and Manpower Planning, Urban Development, Woman and Child Development and Youth Welfare shall be the members (Ex-officio);
