Section 11(2) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(2)The officers and other employees of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall be entitled to receive, from the fund of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.], such salaries and allowances, if any, and shall be governed by such conditions of service as may be determined by regulations made in this behalf.
