238. Holidays under class II.
- Since holidays in class II shall be notified under the Negotiable Instruments Act on such date as may be appointed for the celebration of the King's birthday in India. If on any special occasion an additional State holiday should be required for a particular purpose it will be notified by the Provincial Government at the request of the Government of India.
