Section 35(2) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(2)Height of a wall shall be measured from the base -(a)to the base of the gable in a party wall;(b)to half the height of the gable in any other wall comprising of gable;(c)and to the highest part (excluding any parapet) in any other wall.
