Section 9(2) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002
(2)The Council shall produce any record, correspondence, report, statement, account or statistics for the purpose of such inspections or examination as required by authorised inspecting officer so deputed for this purpose:Provided that such records or documents shall not be asked for such examination or inspections which the Council may think be detrimental to the confidentiality of the examination.
