1. The instant application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking clarification of the Order dated 09.05.2025 wherein this Court had disposed of the writ petition directing the Petitioners to avail of the alternate remedy which is to file an appeal before the DRAT against the Order dated 08.04.2025 passed by the DRT-II, Delhi.
2. It is the stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Chairperson, DRAT-Delhi had recused from hearing the matter and This is a digitally signed order.

The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 22/07/2025 at 21:50:19 resultantly the matter was to be heard by DRAT-Mumbai. He states that the seat of Chairperson, DRAT-Mumbai is vacant and the charge of DRAT- Mumbai has been given to DRAT-Chennai. He states that DRAT-Chennai has directed the Petitioners to get clarification from this Court that DRAT- Chennai can hear the matter.
3. In view of the above, Paragraph 4 of the Order dated 09.05.2025 passed by this Court is modified to the extent that the Petitioners are permitted to avail alternate remedy before the DRAT, which in this case is DRAT-Chennai, till the Chairperson, DRAT-Mumbai assumes charge.
4. With this clarification, the application is disposed of.
