Section 44(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)If, in the case of any dispute between the University and any Teacher, officer or other employee of the University, no final order has been passed by the University within a period of one year from the date on which the dispute was referred to the University by such Teacher, officer or other employee, such dispute shall, on the request of such Teacher, officer or other employee, be referred to a Tribunal consisting of the following members :-(a)a Chairman, who shall be nominated by the Chancellor in consultation with the Minister;(b)one person to be nominated by the Executive Council;(c)one person to be nominated by the Teacher, officer or other employee concerned.
