Section 77(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(ii)If the person entitled to claim the return of a will applies to a Sub-Registrar for it return after the document has been transmitted to the Registrar's Office, should be advised to obtain it from the Registrar direct. If he is unwilling to do so, the will should be obtained from the Registrar by the Sub-Registrar and returned to the person and a note of its receipt from the Registrar's Office and return to the person shall be entered in the office returns.
