complaint of unfair labour practice; whereas the Industrial Court, in it's revisional jurisdiction allowed the said complaint directing reinstatement with full back wages.
3] Hence, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 22 ND January, 2019. In addition to Court Notice, learned counsel for the petitioner to serve respondent by private notice and shall file affidavit of service on or before the returnable date.
3] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit entire amount of back wages within five 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 13/12/2018 ::: Downloaded on - 27/12/2018 06:56:07 ::: 11 WP 14006 OF 2018 weeks. Subject to depositing the entire amount of full back wages, within five weeks, interim stay for the order of reinstatement is granted till next date.
