Section 45(9) in U.P. Co-operative Sugar Mills and Distilleries Employees Service Regulations, 2015
(9)An employee of the mill/distillery establishment where he is an employee, shall abide by security and security rules in the mill and will not give any type of injury, loss of the equipments established for safety and security of the mill. In addition to this, he shall not conduct any commercial, political and immoral activities in the Mill Premises.
