% 02.08.2022 It is stated by Mr. Singh, learned APP for State that this is the second involvement of the applicant. The applicant was also involved in a similar case where there was a recovery of about 400 gms of heroine from applicant (Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the applicant submits that it was 200 gms).
In the previous case, the applicant was granted bail by the Sessions Court.
Let copy of that order be placed within 2 weeks from today. Mr. Khan seeks and is granted liberty to file additional documents which he wishes to rely upon.
