Section 160 in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
160. Commissioner to supply copies on payment.
- The Commissioner shall furnish to any person who applies for it, a copy of the valuation or assessment list for the time being in force or any extract from any such list on payment of such sum as may be prescribed by bye-laws by the Corporation, and the Commissioner or a person authorised by him in this behalf shall, if required, certify the copy or extract in such manner as may be prescribed.
