Section 720 in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952

720. Dissolution of company.

- When the Official Liquidator has passed his final account, and such balance has been duly paid, the Official Liquidator shall apply to the Judge for an order that the company be dissolved. Such order shall be in the prescribed form.
