This contempt application has been filed alleging the violation of order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Allahabad Bench, Allahabad on 31.03.2005.
Against the order of the CAT, writ petition was filed by the Union of India, which was dismissed.
As the applicant has a remedy of filing contempt application under Section 17 before the CAT, the present contempt application is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
