Section 75(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Standards of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1997
(1)on the commencement of any provision of this Act, the corresponding provision of any law in force for the time being in the State shall stand repealed and on such repeal the provisions of section 6 of the General Clauses Act, Samvat 1977, shall apply.
