8. Resignation by President, Vice-President and members.
- The President may resign his office at any time by a letter addressed to the Vice-President and the Vice-President or a member may resign his office at any time by a letter addressed to the President but the resignation of the President, Vice-President or the member shall not take effect until it is accepted by the Board.
