Section 38(1) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Assam Rules, 1991

(1)Account shall be opened with the State Bank of India or otherwise as directed by the State Government in the name of the Board and such account shall be operated by cheque or payment orders signed by the Member-Secretary.
