Section 2(e) in Orissa Advocate's Welfare Fund Rules, 1986
(e)"Bar Association" means an Association of Advocate, attached to any Court or Tribunal or other authority discharging functions of Judicial or quasi-judicial nature in the State of Orissa and affiliated to the Bar Council in accordance with the Scheme prescribed by it in this behalf;
