Section 6(ii) in The Bihar State Bar Council Advocates' (Welfare) Pension Scheme, 2008
(ii)The Committee shall be responsible/answerable to the Bar Council with respect to entire matter of the scheme. The Committee shall work as per direction and guideline of the Bar Council.
