2. The new Intermediary Rules enacted have been amended in the year 2023.
3. In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take up the cause if the amended Intermediary Rules are not being implemented. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.13512, 13516, 13519 and 13525 of 2020 are closed.
