Section 18(5) in Public Debt (Compensation Bonds) Rules, 1954
(5)If any applicant asks for(a)any information from the record of the Public Debt Office or the Bank in connection with a bond,(b)a copy of any document from the record, and(c)inspection of any record generally or any document or documents specifically.the application shall be referred to and disposed of subject to the provisions of sub-rule (1) of this rule under the order of the Bank.
