(1)The O&M Expenses shall be Rs.11 Lakh/MW for the 1st year of operation.[Provided that Normative O&M expenses for the last two years of the Control Period (i.e. FY 2016-17 and FY 2017-18) shall be 1.5% of the approved capital cost for the respective year.] [Added by Notification No. 50-JKSERC of 2016, dated 22.4.2016 (w.e.f. 17.5.2013).]
