Section 381 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
381. Disposal of land forming site of closed street.
- Whenever any public street or part of a public street is permanently closed under Section 380, the site of such street or a portion thereof which has been closed, may be disposed of as land vesting in the Corporation.
