Section 7(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)A social worker member of the Board shall be disqualified if he/she-(a)fails to attend a minimum of three- fourths of the sittings of the Board in a month . and(b)fails to attend the proceedings of the Board for three consecutive months without any valid reason.
