Section 118(e) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(e)no person other than building workers or other person essential to the operation of demolition work shall be permitted to enter a zone of demolition referred to in clause (a) which shall be provided with substantial barricades.
