(3)In the event of a decision to retire the entire management committee before the completion of its full term. if taken by the general body as specified under sub-section (2), it shall be the duty of the general body to prepare a scheme of election to be conducted at the earliest possible by following the required procedure and during the intervening period the Chief Executive shall be vested with the required additional power by the general body, if any, required to look after the affairs of the management of the cooperative till the newly elected board of management committee or administrator appointed, assumed office.Provided no member shall hold Office for more than four years in succession, or having already held Office for four years, whether in succession or not, be re-elected within a shorter interval than two years from the date on which he ceased to be a member of such Council Body. Provided further that if election cannot be held for any reason" the gap period so occasioned shall not be counted to form part of the interval period of two years.
