49. Supply to Installations.
- No supplier shall connect to the supply any installation or any additions or alteration to any existing installation unless a Licensed Electrical Contractor's completion-cum-test report, in Form 'W.R-I1' is produced.Provided that where the Secretary is satisfied that a contractor has unreasonably with held the issue of the completion-cum-test report, he may authorize the supplier to give supply on such conditions as he may prescribe.
