(2)Notwithstanding the provisions given in Chapter-II, Chapter-Ill and Chapter-IV, in order to enable e-services, the office of the Chief/Senior Electrical Inspector (HoD) may, at any time, by order, require that an application or a communication, order or certificate or payment or the like related to the grant of Licence, Certificate or Permit under these rules shall be made or issued in electronic form.
