Section 5(a) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(a)The Regulatory' Commission shall invest the Endowment Fund in the form of Fixed Deposit in some Scheduled Bank, keeping in view of the various parameters for ensuing liquidity, security and profitability of the funds.
