Section 10(4) in A.P. Intelligent Global Hub For Digital Pedagogies Act, 2019
(4)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, Ordinances may provide for the following, or similar matters, namely:(i)Direction of research, creation of content;(ii)Creation of posts as necessary;(iii)Procedures for settlement of disputes;(iv)The criteria, manner and appointment as well as terms of reference for Service Providers /Vendors.
