Section 74 in The Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973
74. Delegation .-The Reserve Bank may, with the previous approval of the Central Government, by order, delegate any of its powers or functions-
(i)under section 8, [9 or 10], or sub-clause (b) of clause (A) of sub-section (2) of section 18 or sub-section (7) of section 18 to any authorised dealer; or(ii)under section 8 or 9 to any money-changer, subject to such restrictions, conditions and limitations as may be specified in the order.
