                                                      ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that cone speakers should not be used. Today when the matter came up for disposal, it is submitted by the respondent police that cone speakers have since been removed. If there is still noise pollution on account of use of any other amplifier, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court for abating the nuisance.

2.With this liberty to the writ petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
