Section 11(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(1)The Chairperson of the State Advisory Committee shall ho1 a office as such for a period of three years from the date on which his appointment is notified in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
