1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.
2. Respondent No.1 who is connected through video conferencing submits that his profession is that of photography in marriage functions and since no marriages are happening he is being out of job and has not been able to pay the use and occupation charges. He prays for some time to clear the arrears of use and occupation charges.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that even the water dues have not been cleared and the water connection has been disconnected. Mr. Arora assures that he shall get the no objection certificate from the Jal Board with regard to the clearance of water dues. He prays for an adjournment.
4. At request, renotify on 04.12.2020.
5. Copy of the order be uploaded on the High Court website and be also forwarded to learned counsels through email by the Court Master.
