Section 2(p) in M.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(p)"Transit Pass" means a pass issued by an officer authorised under the provisions of these rules or under the Madhya Pradesh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996 for lawful transportation of any mineral/ minerals and/or its products from the lease area or from one place to another by a carrier;
