(c)his research papers published in any reputed professional journals; and(ii)minimum of ten years experience in the disability sector out of which not less than seven years shall be in autism or cerebral palsy or mental retardation or multiple disabilities; and(iii)administrative experience of not less than three years as Chief Executive Officer or Chairperson or President or General Secretary of any Non-Governmental Organisation which has been serving at least for ten years in the areas of autism, cerebral palsy, mental retardation or multiple disabilities:
