      Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in
the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may
be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the
nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring that the inaction of the
respondents for not conducting De-nova investigation expeditiously in the
sensational murder case of Ayesha Meera following the Judgment dated
29-11-2018 given by the Division Bench of Hon'ble High Court of
Hyderabad in WP No.25434 of 2017 in the alleged rape and murder of
Miss Ayesha Meera, and regard the distraction of court records in SC
No.34 of 2009 on the file of Mahila Sessions Judge Vijayawada is illegal
unjust voilative of Article 21 of Constitution of India and also disobedience
of court order and further consequently to direct the 2nd and 3rd
respondent to complete the investigation expeditiously within the time
granted by the court by filing periodical reports disclosing the progress of
the investigation and further to filed final report against the real culprits
and to pass

     Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be
pleased to pass urgent orders by directing the 3rd respondent to return
back the body parts of Ayesha Meera taken at the time of re-postmortem
conducted on 14-04-2019 as promised to enable the parents to hand over
the same to their religious community leaders to buried as per customs
and to pass

pleased to open the sealed cover of final report filed by the respondents in
RC.NO:18(S)/2018-CBI/Flyderabad dated 27.12.2018 under section 302
and 376 of Indian Penal Code and in RC.NO: 13(A)/2018-CBI/
Vishakapatnam dated 27.12.2018 to bring to the knowledge of the court
the names of the persons for commission of offence for the death of
Ayesha Meera to know the real culprits who committed rape and murder
of my daughter Ayesha Meera and destructed the court property in Sc
34/2009 in the investigation done by CBI in pursuance of the orders in WP
No 24534/2017 by direct them to furnish the final report copy to the victim/
petitioners directly or through electronic means if it is voluminous as per
the procedure prescribed in BNSS

ORDER:

Since the respondents have completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Court having jurisdiction, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for consideration.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the concerned Court seeking custody of the remains of Sk. Ayesha Meera. Upon filing such an application, the concerned Court shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
