Section 6(ii) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(ii)A person whose service has been terminated or who has been served with a notice under sub-rule (i) may be offered any other post by the Board, if there be any vacancy and if the person accepts such post, the Board may appoint him to that post.
