(3)Any regulation which may be made by the Board under this Act may be made [***] [Omitted 'by the Reserve Bank' by Finance Act, 2018 (Act No. 13 of 2018) dated 29.3.2018.], in consultation with the Central Government, before the expiry of three months from the date of establishment of the National Housing Bank, and any regulation so made may be altered and rescinded by the Board in the exercise of its powers under this Act.
