7. Vacancy of [non-official member] [Substituted by Act 8 of 1985 w.e.f. 1.6.1984.].
- If a [non-official member] [Substituted by Act 8 of 1985 w.e.f. 1.6.1984.] tenders his resignation in writing to the State Government, and if it is accepted by the State Government, he shall cease to be a [non-official member] [Substituted by Act 8 of 1985 w.e.f. 1.6.1984.] from the date of such acceptance.
