PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the
respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to appear in the practical
examination to be held on 02.03.2015 and 03.03.2015 following the theory
examination to be commenced on 08.05.2015 in the course of B.Ed., for the
Academic year 2014-2015 by issuing Hall Ticket forthwith on the
undertaking for the production of equivalent certificate in due course by the
petitioner.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to appear in the practical examination to be held on 02.03.2015 and 03.03.2015 following the theory examination to be commenced on 08.05.2015 in the course of B.Ed., for the Academic year 2014-2015 by issuing Hall Ticket forthwith on the undertaking to produce the equivalent certificate in due course by the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr.S.Palanivelayutham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.F.Deepak, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
3. The petitioner was not permitted to write examination as she has not produced the equivalent certificate. Pursuant to an interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has been permitted to write examination however, the results have not been declared.

4. Pending writ petition, the petitioner obtained the equivalent certificate from the appropriate authority and has also made a representation to the second respondent on 23.01.2023. The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
