Section 70(1) in Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University Act, 1996
(1)The sums at the credit of the Provident Fund accounts of the persons referred to in sub-section (4) of section 69 as on date specified in the order under the said sub-section (4) shall be transferred to the University and the liability in respect of the said provident fund account shall be the liability of the University.
