Section 12(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)A member of the State Advisory Committee, not being Ex-officio Member, may resign his office by a letter in writing addressed to the State Government through its Secretary in the Department of Labour, with prior information to the Chairperson of such Committee.
